Birds - Africaraw

Etosha National Park

After the summer rains a large bird bath formed along the road at the turn off to the 13th waterhole, Kgalagadi transfrontier park, South Africa. The Crowned Lapwing (Vanellus coronatus), really enjoyed the fresh water, and had a prolonged bath at sunrise.
