These young males, part of a latger herd, were alarmed while crossing an open area near the Linyanti river, along the Caprivi strip.
Biology Note:- The white chevron on the face & white stripes on the body are believed to mimic shafts of light penetrating the thickets they prefer to inhabit. This disrupts their shape & provides camouflage.
